How payment information is handled
Payment card information is processed through secure payment infrastructure provided by our payment processing partners. Travel Hub Solutions does not intend to directly store passenger payment card numbers on its own website or internal systems.
Our payment workflows may be used to support authorized services such as passenger support, airline-related ancillary services, logistics services, transportation support, or other approved operational transactions.
Receipts and records
When a payment is processed, passengers or airline representatives may receive a payment confirmation, receipt, or transaction record depending on the payment method and service type.
